Marketing a medium-format camera as a stand alone product may not make much sense for DJI (even if it’s branded as a Hassy), but maybe it’s a technology development and verification platform for their core business of mobile cameras?

Great content Brett and insight! Would love to see more drone videos as it relates to best gimbal/camera settings for cinematic videos. Mavic Air and M2Z

Keep up the great work. As for DJI entering the camera business, truthfully it is an industry in somewhat of a decline. Sony does well, Fuji is sort of a nitch product, Nikon is in decline for sure, and Canon is just sort of floating around but so diverse that cameras are not their main products. I come from 40 years in the wholesale camera business. I worked for Nikon for 33 years of the 40 and the industry is in free fall. So Dji, unless they are going to under price the market could be wasteing their r&d dollars.
