The FAA has released the website to search for both Remote ID and operations over people means of compliance and declaration of compliance. MOC and DOC

Sony has applied for a patent for drones that can surround and cancel out ambient noise. The goal is to mimic an indoor environment using noise-canceling drones and create a “virtual noise barrier”. This system would use audio equipment to sense and cancel ambient sound around the desired area.

The I40 bridge over the Mississippi, now closed, was inspected via drone in 2019. Inspectors missed the crack in the beam in 2019 despite drone video evidence. The Inspector has since been fired by ArDOT. Bridge inspection of I55 will be performed by Tennessee DOT drone to restore the confidence of drivers.

I wonder if this mavic 3 will give reason/understanding to why the Air and Mini lost magic to their name. Lol I love these updates. Im almost done with the 107 coarse

  6. Александр Бредков on May 27, 2021 at 11:50 pm

What if all your rumors is about mini 3? And not about Mavic 3. Becouse all theese renders does’t have side sensors. Only front and back. And upper plate is too small on leaked foto.

  7. Ritz Engineering GmbH on May 27, 2021 at 11:53 pm

I hope that DJI makes its homework too to enable the API of the Mini 2 to work with waypoint features Dronelink or Litchi need. For me a harsh drawback was that the API works only for the Mavic Mini, but not for the Mini 2.

Do you have flash cards set with the course. I know you teach more, not just whats required. I only have so much room, if I am gonna try this. Is there a condensed form of study material? I still don’t know how i’ll earn anything, but maybe jobs will open up.

all this govt regulation crap is just driving up the pricing on anything drone related and driving people out of the hobby. The whole point of the ama was to give each pilot/plane a unique id number for identification for mishaps… now we have to have ratings, mods and docs, remote id (coming) and more and more regulation… the govt is doing something similiar with drag racing… they are now trying to say people will not be allowed to modify oem vehicles or even sell aftermarket parts for an oem vehicle therefore killing racing… whatever happened to take it to the drag strip and stop racing on the streets…well now you wont even be able to do that if the govt gets their way, and with biden unlawfully in control they are going to just kill everything fun related….. Ihren papier bitte!

Possible the hand sized body shell is the MINI 3 rather than a 3 Pro?

  23. iPooted83 on May 28, 2021 at 12:34 am

I flew mine to the I-40 bridge crack, it’s very clear and easy to see. I don’t know how they missed it. A kayaker got a pic of it in 2016, so it’s been there a long time…

  24. Drone To Joy on May 28, 2021 at 12:34 am

Pretty much a Mini 3 topshell taking both a Mavic 3 and Mini 3 could be coming out. We could be mixing both models up…both could be similar new forms

yea i do believe the Mavic 3 will be here by end of the year! thanks for all the update

  28. Dennis Brooks on May 28, 2021 at 12:37 am

Great information. I have heard that the sub-divisions in DJI compete against each other and the division or "team" that comes up with the best product is compensated and the product moves forward, a reason for yearly upgrades. With all the comments on a MINI 3 and a 3 Pro, how likely is it that both will come out this year, one late summer, one pre-Christmas? DJI does tend to try to capture both ends of the market and there seems a lot of competition for the MINI 2 and 2 Pro right now. I would wonder about improved tracking and obstacle avoidance as well as the camera? That seems to be where competition is moving ahead. I would also wonder about improved motors, speed controllers and propellers to increase wind penetration. Range already far exceeds allowed usage in the US and other places. Safety for flying over people with the new regs might drive a smaller size/weight or a recovery package with a high drag streamer or parachute deployed? Weight seems a minor issue with the 2 Pro pushing a thousand grams, especially with any accessories. That tiny shell, or "big hand", does make one speculate on a MINI 3 with a similar look of the 3 Pro. Thank you for the insights!
