The Future Of Drones! What Can We Expect From Drones In 2022? | DansTube.TV

The drone space has seen some recent advancements with battery life and camera technology, but what can we expect from drones in 2022? The Mavic 3 from DJI is just around the corner, we can expect a 46 minute flight time and a dual-camera system from this new drone. Autel are releasing a new mini drone called the Evo Nano and a DJI Air 2S competitor called the Evo Lite. The Evo Nano is a sub 250g drone with a 4K camera, 3-way obstacle avoidance and tracking functionality, the Evo Lite features a 6K 4-axis camera with a flight time of 40 minutes.

2022 will see more mini drones, new competitors entering the market, 360 degree cameras mounted to drones and 4G enabled drones, we might even see something unique like a waterproof or weather-proof drone.

I’d really like a weather-proof drone so that if it starts raining I don’t have to stop flying. The 4G feature is also very nice because WIFI interference always limits the distance far before the published range.

In the "Mini Space", you seem to have missed the Hubsan Zino Mini Pro.
It has a 1/1.3 sensor, 4K (the camera quality looks to be better than the Fimi X8 mini, and close to Mini 2).
It has (Front, Rear, Down) and up to flight time!
It also has either 64Gb or 128Gb , which is lacking in any of its competitors to date.
Sure, the software is a little flakey off the mark, but that will improve, and its priced competively with the Mini 2.
In fact, I think Autel may have missed the mark on flight time with the Nano, which otherwise gives DJI a benchmark to surpass, though their quality may make up for it.

Hi. Can you please explain how the 4G Parrot would have unlimited range? Surely battery life is still a factor. Thanks.

What do u mean unlimited range 4G?

Seems all the interest is in performance, obstacle avoidance and such. But what of an internal analysis of its electronic system prior to take off, these drones cost a pretty penny just to drop out of the sky a few hundred kilometers away, and getting lost.

For these new Nano drone’s. I think Autel should of put side sensors instead of in the front? I think that we don’t need front sensors because we have a camera. Now, if they would of taken the front sensors and put them on the side? It would be better. That way the sensors would be in all the blind spots of the drone.
That’s just my way of thinking. Thanks for sharing.

It never fails all you young guys always have to have annoying thumping music accompanying your videos. The moment I heard the music I stopped watching and I gave you a thumbs down.

Parrot should also release a sub 249 gram drone. I would much rather buy from a company in the French Republic rather than from a company in the People’s Republic of China.

Nice video 🙂 personally i hope to see more acro cinematic long range. The 360 camera idea is it interesting, i was thinking 3d vr cameras are inevitable personally. In a few years the tech will catch up and vr & fpv will merge

  17. J Andersen on December 16, 2021 at 11:47 pm

I want a drone that uses hydrogen fuel cells to triple the flying time. Also I would like the option to use 4G or 5G to get almost unlimited range.

  18. angelisone on December 16, 2021 at 11:48 pm

DO NOT BUY unless you are willing to give your drone away & be rewarded with $15,000.00+ from the laws
You have been warned for the coming holidays & years ahead
