  3. Confused Sprinkles on February 18, 2021 at 4:28 pm

I’ve got $600, I want mirrorless but not sure that I can afford one. Is it worth it in 2021 to get a dslr? Majority still photography but video is important too. View finder is important but I can live without if I have to. Does anyone have any recommendations? Fuji t100, canon m50, Sony a6000, nikon d3500. All seem great but still almost out of mt price range. I feel stuck.

    camera under 200?

  19. Arjun Krishna on February 18, 2021 at 4:46 pm

Switched to Sony A6100 from Canon M50. This was the best decision I’ve ever taken. First of all, now I can record 30fps in 4K. Even in 4K 30fps, the crop is negligible and there is absolutely no crop in 4K 25fps. The Canon M50 uses only a Micro four thirds area of the sensor while recording in 4K. If 4K is only available with that much of a crop, why not go for a Panasonic G7 or something? The autofocus in Canon M50 while 4K recording is one of the worst I’ve seen. But the Sony, it never compromise in that department even in 4K 30fps recording. Messing with 4 different lens mounts is another pain. Never buying any Canon ever!

Love the video! I’ve been in between canon cameras for a while. I’m still not 100% sure what camera to get. I’m a full time college student and I mostly shoot photos and not videos. I’m still not sure whether I should get the M50 or the 90D. Would you consider the M50 a good camera for a college student or should I get one of the more expensive cameras?

  21. Lobo Business Sales LLC on February 18, 2021 at 4:50 pm

Great Video, thanks for doing a very good review. As I’m building my YouTube channel, it has come time to upgrade from the camera phone to an actual camera. Being a complete beginner, I feel pretty confident that really any of the ones you showed will work. I am leaning towards the Sony A6100 because of the unlimited length (for any interviews), but like the Cannon M50 Mark II also.

Which one is best among Cannon M50 II, Sony A6100 and FujiFilm X-T200 ? Main use will be photography.

  30. Jerry Fortenberry on February 18, 2021 at 5:04 pm

After watching countless YouTube videos, I am still unable to answer one question in my search for my first mirrorless camera. Is there one video that educates on all the screen configurations? What I need to know about resolution but mostly about the movement of the screen ? Thanks

  31. spidafingaz1 on February 18, 2021 at 5:07 pm

I bought a M50 and A6400 to use side by side for different angles live streaming before finding out about the whole "color science" ordeal and both of them are pass the return date. Do you think I should sell the canon and get another Sony for color compatibility sake (or vice versa) or do you have a hack to make the 6400 look more like the m50 in camera? There will be no post editing.

Awesome video, showing each camera really helps in picking what people would like. Also, great format!

  35. Shahar AE on February 18, 2021 at 5:11 pm

hi sagi, love your reviews and as a not so technical person, you make it easier for me to understand! but after watching some videos i am still a bit confused and would love if you would consider making a video about a good budget camera for stills for social media (Instagram) for dummies like me 🙂 I live in Israel and not all cameras are available here… right now I’m thinking about the sony a6100 but maybe there is a better one? since the video option is not so important to me… TODA RABA!

  36. Esther García Fernandes on February 18, 2021 at 5:11 pm

I’ve been looking 2 cameras for travel photography mainly (maybe 1-2 short videos), the Sony a6100 and Canon M6 (I have found them for the same price). I’ll buy Sigma’s 16mm and 30mm but I can’t chose the body. Is there so much difference?? Sony or Canon??

  37. Sonic Acoustics on February 18, 2021 at 5:13 pm

This is really helpful! Awesome! 🙂

  38. Ranj Amanj on February 18, 2021 at 5:14 pm

    What about sony a7c

  39. John Ryan on February 18, 2021 at 5:14 pm

I’ve got quite a list going…man, trying to narrow this down is not easy! you’re giving me some options to think about that I had not considered. I’m trying to find something that I can film my course with, and – I’m all over the map. I was leaning towards the EOS M50 Mark II, but, I do really like what I saw in your video on the MK Mark II – the additional $400 isn’t really a deal breaker, but – I’d like to shoot with the Sigma 16mm f/1.4 lens and that’s another $400….
And then – Sony – you make quite a case for getting something that looks stunning – but, for my purposes, I just wonder how much more impressiv-ery (not a word) will matter when filming "talking head" – "stationary scenes indoors", in "controlled lighting"? It seems like there’s a cutoff point here somewhere, and after that I’m spending money that could be used elsewhere.

  40. Pearl Ada on February 18, 2021 at 5:18 pm

Truly the best video I have seen on cameras… So many options.. Thank you ❤️

    Wow nice

  42. TheLifeOfWhitty on February 18, 2021 at 5:20 pm

I do not want it if it can’t put out 60fps at 1080p for live streaming to be completely Honest.

  43. misigun on February 18, 2021 at 5:20 pm

Do you think micro four thirds is dead?

  44. LaRbIgNo on February 18, 2021 at 5:23 pm
